Rules of exchanging and returning goods - URESCUE

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of purchase in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
The return/exchange of the product is carried out by returning the purchased product to us with subsequent exchange for another product or refund to the buyer.

Return of goods of inadequate quality

A product of inadequate quality is a product that has defects that make its use impossible or possible to an incomplete extent for its intended purpose. And this defect arose due to the fault of the manufacturer or due to its improper storage in the warehouse.
Purchased goods must be inspected at the post office in the presence of its  employee. In case of detection of damage/defect or lack of goods, contact the manager over phone by number 068 058-70-00. If it is not possible to contact, then take a photo. Otherwise, claims for damage/missingness or shortage will not be accepted.

Return of goods of appropriate quality at the request of the buyer

Exchange and return of the product is possible within 14 days from the moment of purchase only if it has not been used and the product appearance, consumer properties, seals and labels have been preserved.

The procedure for returning goods of proper and improper quality

To return the product, you need to contact the manager at 096 158-70-00, fill out the Google form and the return form that came with the product.
Pack the product. If the product consists of several items, the entire set must be returned. Make sure that nothing is lost and that you return the product in the package in which you received it.
If you purchased a product with a gift upon return, you must provide the entire set (product together with the gift). Otherwise, the face value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

After receiving the parcel with the returned goods and passing the product through the quality control department, our manager will definitely contact you to confirm the receipt of the product and agree on the exchange/return.
Refunds are made within 14 calendar days from the moment of submission of the refund application.
The customer pays for the return service of goods of appropriate quality.
The seller pays for the service of returning goods of inadequate quality.
