Delivery within the territory of Ukraine is carried out by the companies Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta.

Shipping by Nova Poshta is carried out within 2-3 days, except Sunday. Shipping by Ukrposhta is carried out on: Mon, Wed, Fri.

Delivery costs are not included in the order and must be paid separately, according to the delivery service rates.

Orders with a total value of less than 1000 UAH are not sent by cash on delivery.

The purchased product must be checked at the post office in the presence of a post  employee. If you find damage/defects or a shortage of goods, contact the manager.

If you cannot contact one, then take a photo of the defects. Otherwise, claims regarding damage/defects or shortages will not be accepted in favor of the client.

Material: palm — microfiber (polyester); back — polyester, DWR fabric; cuff — neoprene; insert — Porelle® membrane; insulation — PrimaLoft® gold from CrossCore; liner — polyester fleece.

 

Care instructions

Only hand washing is allowed. The recommended water temperature is not higher than 40°C.

Dry inside out and then on the front side in the open air. Do not dry gloves near a heater or open flame to avoid damage to the membrane and delamination of the material.
