PGD Arch Protective Helmet Features
- Made of Dupont Kevlar aramid fiber.
- Coated with a matte layer of Polyrea spray paint that ensures the helmet can withstand rain, oil and similar liquids. This will allow it to last for many years without the paint fading or ballistic properties deteriorating.
- One of the lightest bulletproof helmets on the market, weighing in at 1.3–1.39 kg depending on size.
- The front V-Shroud is compatible with Wilcox G24 and similar mounts, and the side rail system is compatible with the following adapters: 3M Peltor, Sordin, Ops-core AMP Arms, Earmor and Unity Tactical MARK 2.0.
- Ability to mount additional equipment to the helmet using Velcro and Picatinny side rails.
- The PGD suspension system is built with high quality materials from BOA, ITW Nexus and Duraflex.
- The BOA Fit Li2 adjustment system is designed for demanding environments and provides a micro-adjustable precision fit. You can also adjust the straps with 4 plastic fasteners so they are the correct length for your head.
- The High Cut shape gives you space to wear hearing protection and communication equipment at the same time.
- Comes with a set of 10 PGD-10 Memory Foam Pads. This is a specially developed foam technology that reduces gunshot trauma while providing incredible comfort. Memory Foam was originally developed for use by NASA.
- The pads are attached with Velcro and can be easily adjusted or replaced.
