Ballistic goggles with soft OpFoam™ lining and small fan to prevent fogging.
The TurboFan ventilation system is powered by a single AA battery located at the top of the frame in the middle. The fan draws cold air under the goggles from under the lower edge of the frame and pushes it out through the upper one at a speed of approximately 13,000 revolutions per minute. The system works even at extremely high temperatures and increased facial sweating. The extractor fan has two operating speeds, standard and intensive, switching between modes is done sequentially with one button on the control element. The time of continuous operation in slow mode exceeds 150 hours.
The PowerPod battery unit ensures a constant speed of the fan rotation as the battery discharges. An auto-off timer turns off ventilation to extend battery life if the system is accidentally left on.
Polycarbonate lenses with a thickness of 2.8 mm provide maximum impact resistance and 100% filtering of UVA and UVB rays.
ESS's advanced ClearZone FlowCoat lens treatment creates a combination of anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings on the inside of the lenses. Neither lens distorts the image.
The system does not obstruct the view and does not limit movements, the wiring is laid on an elastic strap on the right side and is protected by a dense fabric. The cover is attached to the latch, so the risk of losing it is minimal.
The waterproof case allows you to use the mask in rainy weather.
Set of lenses:
- transparent lens. Suitable for everyday use to protect the eyes from wind and small particles or debris. Do not distort the image and do not affect the perception of colours;
- smoky lens. Intended for use in bright and sunny times of the day, especially if the stay in the open sun is long.
The goggles are compatible with Profile Series LPL lenses. ESS U-Rx and P-2B Rx prescription can be installed.
