Winter gloves Dexshell Ultra Weather Outdoor Gloves with a waterproof, breathable Porelle membrane effectively protect your hands from water and wind. Suitable for various types of outdoor activities, in particular hiking, fishing or hunting.
They are made using a special technology, which involves the use of a whole group of materials with useful properties. The gloves are easy to put on and tighten (extended cuffs with adjustment and elastic band at the wrist). Anatomical moulded cut fits exactly to the hand.
The outer glove layer is made of Taslan polyester. This material is extremely light and durable, with a water-repellent impregnation applied, after which moisture rolls off the material in drops. In the finger area there are polyester inserts that make it possible to work with touch screens of various gadgets. There is also reflective fabric (print) in the toe area. On the palm side, anti-slip, reinforced material is used (textured polyurethane fabric with anti-slip PVC.) The cuffs in the Ultra Weather gloves are made of textured neoprene.
One of the middle layers is made of Porelle Ski-Dri (PU) membrane, produced in the UK. Its peculiarity is selective permeability, due to which the gloves do not get wet at all from rain or snow, although they can allow moisture to pass through from the inside to the outside. They also provide excellent warmth and protection from wind, although the membrane does not impede natural ventilation. However, the membrane is still a rather delicate material that requires additional protection from damage.
The middle layer also features PrimaLoft® insulation. High-quality insulation is responsible for retaining the warmth of your hands and keeping them warm even at low temperatures.
The inner glove layer is made of microfleece and the thinnest layer of interlining. Microfleece is thin, light, but at the same time strong, thanks to the double cross-section of threads. The porous structure allows the skin to breathe, responsible for air exchange. The fabric has thermal insulation because it retains heat well in the air pockets between the fibre strands. In this case, there is no greenhouse effect.
